Today is the Last day of your old life, and the first day of the rest of your new life. Each day we begin a new journey...if we wish. Holding on to the past gets in the way of new experiences, and that can sure be a hindrance to emotional and spiritual growth. The ironic thing is, whether I realize it or not, I am growing! I have been told and have read many times that the one thing constant in this world is CHANGE. I may not always see it in myself, but I see it in other people all the time. That's all for now.
